How long before making a decision for each one?
Which one will be of greater benefit to you now? Down the road? in your lifetime?
Something to think about, since yoo have touched on it. The trip to NZ is something that might not be offered again and the Coast Guard will definately be there in a year.
Also, do you and Sarah need a cooling period? If you went to NZ you would have that.
Do what is best for you, mentally and emotionally and economically.
