I am very ill. I do not want to be here at work. My eyeballs are on fire and I think I swallowed a throwing star. Someone keeps jumping on my chest and I can't feel my legs. Serves me right for getting a flu shot, eh??

Can't help getting up early on a weekend, my inner clock is permanently set to work-time. Even when I go out at night I can't sleep much past sun-up though I do try to get the 8 hours. I am so very busy these days, just got another thing plopped on my plate, a musical theater production, supposedly being put on at a bar. O...kay... I went to bed about 11 last night, too poor to go out. Woke up an hour later after a nightmare and came downstairs to have some water and a smoke. Had a nice tiff with the hubby last night so I went down to the Dog to see my friend who was deejaying. Met up with Chrispy and baby you totally cheered me up. And go figure, when I got home, the man was all calmed down and ready to have some intelligent discourse. Mind you, I'm working on a couple hours sleep here, but well worth it.
