Not everything I write here in strictly literal. Sometimes I switch into slightly fictional prose in order to get some less dire things out of my system. I go with a sort of stream of consciousness type of approach.

Rest assured, the last post was not meant to be taken in a strictly literal sense. It's all good.

Never again. Never, ever again. I can't bear to be touched, because the aftermath gets harder and harder to deal with each time. Don't touch me, don't ever touch me. I don't want to feel your hands or lips or eyes ever again. The reminders are too much to handle.

These past few days have been absolutely stellar. Thanksgiving was fantastic. Vanessa and James came over for dinner and we all stuffed ourselves silly. My turkey was perfection, so was my pie.
