Everything is on the up and up, it seems.

The Grand Rapids album release went off without a hitch.  Nearly everyone I have ever met in this city was there, and that (plus Founder's beer) caused for an overly sentimental Jon.   Great Lakes Myth Society and Chance Jones were the perfect companion pieces to this night, I couldn't think of better

oh my god, I love force unleashed! I typically hate star wars games, but that was the notable exception.

i dunno, i still think games like brawl or galaxy are great enough to give the wii some credit. the PS3 is like a glorified blu-ray player, though, haha. and the best thing 360's got going for it is the online system.

hopefully i'll get mine as soon as i get my meijer employee discount card.

and, yeah, the show and the album went great. i'm loving it despite its lack of aluminum (when i noticed i shat bricks--that's where the album title came from!).

honestly, i don't feel like punching bee failed. people just lost interest. i mean, when you have a collective and only 3 or 4 of the 30 people show up to meetings, half the bands break up, etc. you can't really keep things going.

it ran its course and did what it was supposed to do... at least that's how i see it.
