How do they do that? Empty their stomach, and then manage to find back up reserves?

I know, right? Isn't that freaky? My niece can do the same thing. Makes you wonder exactly what it is they're bringing up!

I think these demons sneak in at night when a baby has the vomits and stuffs their little bellies to make them vomit again.
