Have you seen the VBS.interview with Gaal? He is actually a little off center, but I bet it would be fun to split a bottle with him and talk books!

Yes!! I really enjoyed that interview. I also liked getting a look at his paintings, they're interesting and, like he said, not what people might expect from him.

What was funny was how freaked out the kids in the inerview were by his lifestyle. You find people living equally or more isolated all over Norway, especially in the western parts.. Having a cabin thats a two hour hike into the middle of nowhere is irritatingly Norwegian and very common.Poor Gaahl, his boyfriend dumped him and he's apparantly soothing his broken heart in Spain....
