You shouldn't have a problem on the plane asking to swap for an aisle seat. Just do tell them you are pregnant and it won't be any trouble. Both Luke and I have been on flights where either we or someone nearby has been asked to move for the same reason and it's never been a problem. People are very understanding about it (even one giant, grumpy looking Saudi guy who suddenly turned into the friendliest guy ever).
