tales of bad costomer service

I just spent an hour on the phone with the Brick Costomer service to rearrange an exchange which should have never happened in the first place and confirm a delivery I was told would take place on a day when they don't deliver! It's the first time I have problems with them...all because of Bell, ggrrrrrrgrgrgrgrgrg
