I hope it'll be a good day for all of you tomorrow. I kind of wonder if it's any better (than a funeral) having a memorial service weeks after the fact, without a coffin and all that? It can't be that much easier, though.

Did I mention to you that my brother got up to speak at my mom's Presbyterian funeral last month, and ended up giving his Mormon testimony? It was really a nice chaotic touch and a good distraction!

I'm sorry I can't come. I'm especially sorry to miss Loren's visit. Enjoy being together, eat good food! And drive safe.
