...that all my favorite web sites have full-page video ads for Republican candidates. Those guys have too damn much money. OK, Sestak == taxes, Toomey == Love and the American Way. I get it. Enough already!

I know the Democrats are doomed and idiocy will rule over all. Let's be done with this.

Really!? I'd really wanted to go, but couldn't find anyone willing to make the trip. I've been kind of expecting it to flop.

You need to get out more. There are a half dozen plus people on my flist alone who have gone. Now I'm no doubt a skewed filter, but that was at least weak evidence that it would be ok.

Interestingly, some conservatives think that the rally will be good for Republicans, in that mostly democrat-side folks will go, which means they won't be out canvassing their districts for votes the weekend before election day. I wonder how sharp that analysis is?

Really makes you wonder about that ad-targeting software, doesn't it? What possible clues could these guys be using to put conservative t-shirt ads next to my bookmarked pages? The chances of my purchasing one are precisely zero.
