A fair warining to all i encounter

 Today starts one more stab at quitting smoking.  I've tried before too many times to count, but after the last time some six years ago or so, I never went back to ever smoking more than half a pack a day, usually for less.   But I never quit.  For several years I only smoked one a day unless I was drinking.  Nowadays, it's rarely more than six or ( Read more... )

I'm really happy and proud of you for even trying. The important thing is even if you're not perfect, to not quit quitting. Most people fail at quitting because they give in and have one, then say "Screw it!" and start smoking again. At this point in your life I know you are way smarter than that.
