Thought shapes reality

All my life people have told me thought can shape reality. After many years I realized everyone wants thought to shape reality. You would think if everyone wanted it to be true and thought did shape reality then it would be true unmistakably.

It is not true unmistakably, therefor thought does not shape reality.

Maybe everyone is shaping reality, but all the wants and desires are conflicting with each other and warping stuff into what we have now.
