Actually, I have read the animal fur slipper version but I preferred the version where it was glass and then it filled with blood whereas the animal fur would have soaked it up better.

You should have also told them how Ariel DIES. Sleeping Beauty might be a little too adult for them...

I tried to keep things as PG as possible. When we started talking about Mary Mary they started asking a lot of questions about why she killed the people, and why her father married so many woman and then got rid of them; how they died. Then the whole thing turning into a science lesson because I talked a little bit about the X and Y chromosomes. They were very attentive the whole time.
