Location Tours
Location Tour Bus will leave at 9am, separate ticket required. The bus will be staged outside the North Tower in the front round-about, so that lobby is where everyone will meet. Tammy Larabee, Creation's volunteer coordinator for this event, will meet location patrons in the lobby and escort them onto the bus. If you did not receive your ticket for this in advance Tammy will have a list of paid tour patrons so you will be able to board. Bus will return approximately 5pm.  (Updated by Creation on 8/21/09)

6pm to 9:30 pm: VENDORS AREA SET-UP, Vendors Only Please

9:00 pm to 10:15 pm:  GOLD WEEKEND PATRON Pre-Registration. This is not a necessity, just a convenience for our Gold Patrons. You get your credentials, schedules, complimentary gift and the vendors room is open. Then you don't have to wait anymore throughout the weekend for access.

10:15 to 11:15 pm: PREFERRED WEEKEND PATRON Pre-Registration. This is not a necessity, just a convenience for our Preferred Weekend Patrons. You get your credentials, schedules, complimentary gift and the vendors room is open. Then you don't have to wait anymore throughout the weekend for access.

5:30 pm: Autographing with Alona Tal, Aldis Hodge, and Gabriel Tigerman, complimentary for Gold and Preferred Weekend Patrons (whom we will call row by row) followed by those with autograph tickets which are available at registration for $20 American or Canadian conversion amount. Note: get all your celebrity autographs the FIRST time you are called up, no need to wait if you have extra autograph tickets for a particular celebrity.

5:45 pm: Autographing with Julie McNiven and Traci Dinwiddie (on the other side of the theatre). Julie and Traci’s autograph is not part of any package and is available at registration for $20 American or Canadian conversion amount each. We will call these by number!

9pm Alona Tal Wine & Cheese Party for NINE lucky fans. A few tickets remain at $250. Parksville Room (3rd floor)

Friday 10 pm Concert with Steve Carlson, complimentary for Gold Weekend Patrons for others the concert is $20 general admission, $35 reserved seating at registration

FRIDAY: 11:15 PM SURPRISE SPECIAL EVENT: Creation Karaoke in The Port McNeill Room (4th floor) FREE FOR ALL PATRONS AT THE CONVENTION, cash bar, special guests Alona Tal, Julie McNiven and Traci Dinwiddie, Gabe Tigerman.
