I'm simply a better "one on one" friend than a "group" friend. It's not that I want it to be that way, it just is. I'm starting to develop some friendships here, and so invites to social events are starting to come in

you did really well in Colorado. :) Which now that I think about it, that is the first time you and I had been on a group setting-- oh, except that one time we went to a restaurant with Sabrina and a few others... but I knew Sabrina from prior outings in Akron. OK, so it was our second group outing together.

I have found that the older I get, the less I like large groups. For what it's worth, with or without the everclear, I was completely charmed by you. It's not often that I meet a woman who can be as snarky as I am (and that was well before the alcohol).
