Old gorge-geous George just needs to realise that while he can (thanks to us) take 9-11 months of the year on Holiday. He needs to actually do his fucking job and write. The 'can't write while I'm traveling' doesn't fucking cut it when he deliberatly dodges work all year round.

or maybe HBO is putting presure on him and he is only using his fans to cover it up: "hey you, medieval fools, you were right all along. I´ll write my ass of now. Thanks very much".

So GRRM laments being away from his computer...so he can share trailers for his show with his fans!

Six years at least until "Winds of Winter". If he lives that long.

George needs more money so he can eat. The first PC game they released was such garbage he disabled comments about it on his NAB. His 'MMORPG' that is coming out is going to be just another shitty game with a 'Game of Thrones' tag on it so he can get a few more bucks out of his fans.
I was done with this dude when Feast for Crows came out. He hasn't written anything worth reading in over ten years.

Maybe he will die soon and then his wife can hire Brandon Sanderson to finish the series.
