I caught the blasted "norovirus" this weekend at some point and spent yesterday in living hell. Today, I feel a bit better and I haven't thrown up or anything, but I feel like my body was beaten. I'm so sore

Everyone I tell has that reaction! She acts like its totally normal to be giving me diet and exercise instructions and weighing me. The first visit in December she had a scale that wouldn't weigh me and I left in TEARS. This time she had one that would and I wasn't as upset even with the insane gain since last time I was weighed. But, yeah. :/

It is all over, apparently! I have a friend in California and one in Wisconsin who also have it now or just got over it. Stupid viruses. WASH YOUR HANDS, PEOPLE!

um yes, the only reason your shrink should be weighing you is if you are on medication that SHE is prescribing... seriously...
she can give you tips without having to do that and make you cry of all things...
