We are a mixed belief household. My husband was raised Lutheran and I have witchy tendencies. After much discussion, it became apparent that it really didn't matter. I don't care if the kids go to church or any of that. I think it's probably better to hedge your bets. Plus, the organization of organized religion can be a very good thing. I think this is awesome. I've been thinking about this recently... I know what my vague beliefs are (probably very much like yours) and Ritchie's agnostic (he's a man of science, what can I say). The girls have actually gone to church... once. Their godmother took them when she watched them for the weekend so we could go to DDC.
See, I was just about to talk to said godmother about taking the girls to church... but said godmother is going into the Army on May 2nd. ::sigh::
I'm not too keen on asking the SIL who attends church, because we don't always get along, and I don't want my girls religious attendance influenced by whether or not mommy and daddy are getting along with auntie, ya know.

I like the dinosaur/god fight question! Rocks.
(hey, I just totally thought of someone else I could ask about possibly taking the girls to church... hmmmm)

The second question I would say yes too... I was baptized at Hillside...
interesting how things change.
