Saturday was 32k run, the peak of the marathon training plan. I'm now tapering! It took me 3:32 and most of the 32k felt great. I'd tried to eat extra food leading up to it so that I would be well-fueled. I didn't get the slump at two hours the way I had on some of my other longer runs. But the last 4k were pretty brutal.
