Dear Mr. Williams,

Thank you for your clarification.

I have referred your ticket to my supervisor, and you will be recommended for disciplinary action.

XYZ corporation is proud of its maternity benefit policy, a policy that many women worked hard to establish. Your apparent attempt to "free ride" on this policy, despite the obvious impossibility created by your gender, is inappropriate, and a violation of company policy 21193.4.23.6.

A disposition on disciplinary action will be forthcoming. Of course, you are entitled to an explanation of our decision, and may be eligible to an appeal, pursuant to our appeals policy 4665.3.18.76.32

Sincerely,
Deedlydoot
