Why Do I Do This?

Sent to the Better Business Bureau Today.

I moved to a new location in October of 2007 and was assured by Verizon Wireless that I was still covered by their digital network and that my coverage would not be interrupted. Immediately, I noticed a dramatic decrease in service including dropped calls, missed calls, and an inability to sustain enough of ( Read more... )

I used to work for Verizon... I worked there for almost three years, and I heard stories like yours all the time... the sad thing is, I knew there was nothing I could do for the customer, but I couldn't tell them that they were simply fucked because of where they lived ( ... )

Thanks for the insight. I actually live more in the cities now than I did before I moved, which is why I was so confused about my lack of connectivity. Stupid Verizon. Oh, I mock them so.
