I am less of a slug

The new exercise routine is going relatively well. On my "long" exercise days I use the Wii Fit for 30 minutes (usually a combo of yoga and strength), Bike for one episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender and watch a second episode while I do cool down and crunches. I do the running thing on Wii Fit for 30 minutes a day, every day, for three weeks. Then the kidney infection hits me and I have to stop for a week. Then I have to endure the snotty, passive-aggressive lecture from the animated Wii Fit Board as I work my way back up to a 30-minute run.

Oh I know! It's almost as bad as that snarky dog from Duck Hunt. I want to be able to download new trainers (the male trainer voice is AWFUL! and I'm bored of the female one) and I need a "YES I KNOW WHAT THE HELL I"M DOING" toggle option. I've been amusing myself by thinking of fictional characters and celebrities that would be great drop in options for the trainer voice. So far my favorite is Lord Vader "I find your lack of flexibility disturbing."

I derive WAAAY too much pleasure from the opening sequence where the obnoxious little thing asks, "Do you want to hear a fitness tip?" and I just about sprain my thumb clicking on NO.

When the male trainer shows up and goes "I hope you don't mind but I'll be filling in..." I scream "YES I DO" at him.
