My weights workout is becoming unsatisfactory. Today I added seated deadlifts with the 80Kg bar and lying sideways dumbbell lifts using a 25Kg bell (this one is new and designed for lats. Horoscope - Aries

Exercise Diary - Wednesday 20100811
Pretty much the same as Monday but I dropped the big bar down to 120kg and tripled my reps to 15 per set on bench presses.
Everything else, same but I doubled the reps on the last set of each triplet. -

Stretching - 3-4 minutes.
Circuits:- 3x24 incline situps
- 3x20 standard pressups
- 3x20 chin-ups
50 kilo single bar:- 3x12 squats
- 3x14 deadlifts
