Hey there. Our mutual friend, daylight_broke told me she mentioned my name in a comment on an entry of yours and linked me to it. Oh. My. God. I've been obsessed with Florence + The Machine since my cousin first turned me onto "Howl" a couple months ago and I've been binge listening to the CD ever since it was released here last week Tuesday. Her voice is amazing and there aren't many who sing like that these days. She has that element that Christina Aguilara had when she broke onto the scene: a voice so powerful you just have to admire her no matter how much you might want to hate on the mainstream. I've only had the album for a week and I'm already thinking of putting it in my top 25 of the decade (some friends and I are making top 50 lists to share for fun). Anyway, my afternoon break's about over and I need to get back to work, but I did check out your profile and it's always great to meet another music fanatic (even if you're a self-proclaimed snob haha), so I'm going to add you.

and it's not my favorite because it's a little too much like an iPod commercial in its sound, but it is good and I still like it and it seems to be everyone elses favorite...
