I'm so ready to go back to school. I'm sick of framingham. I'm sick of superficial people. I'm sick of people ditching their "friends". I'm sick of people who really don't care. I love school. I love my friends there. And there are a lot of friends here who i love so much and always will but for the other people around here, I just realize how much ( Read more... )

ok this "fku" business... IT DIED A LONG TIME AGO! WHY IS IT EVEN BEING MENTIONED AT ALL?! And if I'm not mistaken Jared, you are the one that wanted to keep it alive... sorry just being the devil's advocate... i'm not the only one thinking this. another thing... casting? what the hell did casting have to do with anything? people get cast in roles for a reason... it's high school, yes, but donna knows what she's looking for when she casts. this shouldn't even be a big deal. if you're in theater to be big lead roles or to make a name for yourself then you better get out right now.

ok, as someone who has been in the FKU, i honestly didn't even know it actually existed. I never called the group the fku and always thought it was just a joke that we had, cause we all liked to eat. So the idea that we were/ are a big clique is ridiculous. I know that in high school no one ever called me to see what i was doing. I always called everyone to find out what was going on. So the idea that you have to invite yourself is true. About casting in high school. Yes Donna's role is to teach, however her job is also to put on shows and make money so that the drama co. can do more shows. Without a profit, the theater program would die. Therefore it is important to cast a show based on who is best for the roles to get an audience and be able to do more shows in the future. Donna also cares about teaching though. She has enhanced the theater classes and has done things such as the 24 hour theater project to give other people a chance at performing. I know that as a member of the drama co. i learned a lot from Donna both in ( ... )

question- When did i ever stated that i "wanted to keep the fku alive." I can honestly not recall ever saying these words. I think it is you, Chris, who is trying to keep it alive. I have looked at your profuile many times throughout this semester and what does it say? "So and so days until FKU reunion, eating our feelings one nugget at a time" if the "FKU is dead" then why advertise it? Whoever wrote below this- i agree with you, the group was on an "invite yourself" basis. I'm not going to argue with that. I remember a specific instance last year. I was sitting back stage during lunch with melissa and katie donovan. katie was upset about not being part of this "cool group" and it upsetted me that people were feeling left out so i said, "There is no fku, its dead." Now i dont know why people think it is me who wanted to keep the fku alive, but that was NEVER my goal, and i have people who can back me up on that. I believe that the FKU is in fact dead. I use the term "FKU" for lack of a better way to name the specific group of friends ( ... )

Chris Bott, you my dear are a hypocrite. Jared stated at one lucnh last year at the beginning of the year...When our friend Katie said "Im jealous of the FKU, I wanna hang out with you guys" Jared screamed to her, "there is nooooooooooo FKU!!!!!!!!!!!!" FKU was banned from his everyday vocabulary since last year. And HS theatre shouldn't be about money making, it should be about a learning experience...after all FHS is not broadway. Please people, Jared was just stating an opinion. If you don't like it don't read. And please please please get over yourselves.

So I was trying my hardest not to get into this cause I dont want any of you to hate me (even though I feel like some of you already do) but I cant help it anymore. As a person who came into the Drama Company later than everyone else in my grade I can honestly say that everything Jared is saying is true. The Drama Company has its Cliques. There is no going around that. Its the truth and if you guys cant see that then there is something very wrong with you and you need to snap back into reality. I have tried my hardest to fit in with all of you and yes everyone was always nice to my face but then I would hear a lot of shit being talked. And yes this is highschool thats what people do but it just sucks when you are trying to do something that you like and you just have people putting you down. Then the whole fku/eku thing happened and people from either groups wouldnt talk to the others.....I dont know I know the fku/eku thing isnt bad anymore or watever but it still feels like we cant mesh togehter and it sucks. FHSDC is cliquey. Thats ( ... )
