time really scares me. I spent tonight at melissa's since she is leaving for school tomorrow and the whole night i was flooded with memories of high school and the past. You never know with friendships, honestly. I mean, I have some friends that I see once a year. That's it. They're my con buddies, and we just play enormous catchup once a year while racing from panel to panel.
I've got my friends from when we still lived in CA. Actually, I've got more friends there now than I did when we lived there. LJ's funny that way, I guess.
I've got friends from high school that I barely talk to anymore, but I've got friends that I'm closer to than ever. When we reach out to talk-it's a little awkward at times, but we just push through.
Wait a little time. Try to reach out again, if you want those friendships back.
