Yes, that's what we want these Notes to do--fill in the gaps left when only parts of things are quoted or referenced. After all, in the story itself, we can't quote every word of each document, but in the notes it can all be there.

Not only are the gaps filled out in this story but also in the original by the Great Professor. Many thanks to you both.

BTW: Did you read the comment I left for the previous chapter (Ch.3)? There is also a comment by another reader on the same lines that you might not have seen.
