Yep. Fortunately, it's just a cold, but a miserable one at that. I hope *you* feel better soon!

It's your stars! I love your star AU very much and have read all of the stories in it. The special relationship between Pippin and Gandalf is exactly as I imagine it and for Gandalf to have given Pippin his own stars in your earlier story ... it's just brilliant! Poor Pippin certainly needs all the help he can get to find his way back after the battle. He's so adorably charming that even the stars from above smile upon him. Thank you for giving me your stars as a recommendation!

I know what you've read in my chronology, and you've already started the long one I'd rec, but this is further along the timeline, Grey Havens, if you want to skip ahead:

"I know only one thing to do, for this dear cousin, who is my brother in all but name. It is what I have done to cheer him, ever since I learned to speak. With both my small hands, I turn his face to me, and I lean to whisper to him: “I love you, Frodo.”"

What a lovely story to read again! As I've told you before, I love the special relationship between your Merry and your Frodo. Merry always knew how to make his Frodo feel better and it must have been very crushing for him to realise that he no longer could make things better for his older cousin.

I'll leave you a proper review of the story when I get to that point in my chronological reading of your Shireworks. It was a pleasure to read this again!

Well, as self serving as it seems - if you aren't feeling well and want a giggle, 'Shed' is always a nice re-read.

Basically I want people to rec over on my journal ;)

Feel better - I've got an Ent sized cold myself right now & it is NOT FUN!

Ah, the salamanders! This was a fun one that I highly recommend! Remus, Sirius, and Remus' pack of kids are always good for a few laughs. The only thing that would have made it better is if Griffin had been in it, too! :D The perfect thing for cheering up when feeling under the weather.

I think those Ent sized colds are going around. You have my sympathies. *SOUP!* Wouldn't it be grand if we could take some Ent draughts and feel all better?

Hi there! I'm randomly here because of dreamflower02, and I hope you don't mind that I'm coming into this so very late: but I really am proud of Upon a Field of Gold.

And, just because this is so random, and because you don't know me, you can rec something back at me, if you'd like.
