A wonderful accident.

I reeeeeeeeally wanted pancakes for breakfast this morning, so I ran down to the store and grabbed the gluten-free pancake mix in the bright yellow (tacky as hell!) bag that I always get. But when I got home, it was no pancake mix! It was cinnamon coffecake mix. Since I didn't want to go back to the store, I made pancake batter out of it anyway. My

Before I remembered that you didn't refer to me using that nick. I almost felt missed, but merh, whatever.

I've not done the pancake thing with other mixes, but I have made muffins out of some e-z bread mix. Not too bad if I say so myself. The cinnamon-apple thing worked out pretty nicely. :P

Well, the pancakes thing was mostly just Maven at the time. Since I've incorporated it into my email addy, though, a few more people seem to have cought on and made it into a running joke with me.
