Someone sent me a thoughtful gift.
And I thank them.

What sucks is that someone stole this gift, and all I found in my mailbox was a ripped package and a torn IC note from Cimone.. The dreamcatcher she mailed was gone.

That happened to me once, and it was just that the package tore in transit. Any chance that could have happened here? (Was it in a box, or an envelope?)

this thing was ripped from corner to middle (one of those padded envelopes)
the "note" was on the floor and the dreamcatcher was just gone.

Sadly, it could also mean that Cimone's dream-catchers are not meant to be. The one I had was destroyed, but by a different sort of thief (Sean's kitten dragged it down and mauled it to pieces).

However, it was made with good-willed intention, so I'm sure if you let her know (if you haven't already by now), she would make another.
