I regret to inform you all that the results from Stuart's scans have confirmed extensive damage to his brain.
The swelling has subsided, and unfortunately, the only area of his brain that remains intact is the stem. What this means is that Stuart is not technically brain dead - as his body will not shut down without the aid of life ( Read more... )

Tom contacted me regarding the latest update,and we discussed the strong possibility of driving north very soon-2 weeks hopefully for a little while,at least until my own personal events are laid to rest.This is indeed a trying time man,and needless to say very difficult for the friends and family of Stu,my support for the people around stu before and after this sad event had taken place,in particular yourself and mara-jean and woody,send my respects to all parties related.Will contact you myself shortly,to arrange said visit if possible.
