Well, yesterday I sent someone a cut down list of complications (from all possible to the ones I thought I was/would be experiencing). Acute pain was one of listed the symptoms or the first complication, dry socket (one of the clots ran off), but I didn't have that, so the person scheduling wasn't too concerned.
