I was going to suggest anxiety but thought that was rude. I'm glad things are ok. Do you have doctor you can see about that? Maybe some medication for shortterm help?

I'm going to make an appt with a clinic close to me that has a sliding scale. It's about time I do that. It shouldn't have come to yesterday's event. Hindsight and all.

Usually I manage the anxiety so I don't know what I could do more. I don't like the idea of meds, and luckily I don't think it's that bad. I'm thinking it was probably a bit of anxiety AND the heartburn thing together. I had been eating like shit this week due to my trip to canada. My stepmum loaded me up with chocolate chip cookies, coke, and lays potato chips. I'm trying to keep my diet simple until I feel back to normal. But I do have a few Zanex a friend gave me a few months ago, and I did consider taking one during the height of all this. I don't know where they are though.

Thanks!

I probably will never know for sure, but anxiety and heartburn do seem likely. Anxiety has been on-going for me the last two years, and the symptoms from this day did continue on for a few days coinsiding with an irregular digestion. It was mostly likely due to the combination of both. Either way it sucked, and was scary. Especially as I'm in my 40s and a heart attack is definitely likely.
