People with loud voices and firm beliefs should always be ready to admit when they are wrong.

I am pondering the possibility that I'm wrong about Rich Burlew. It's a problem little time before ICON, where I plan to slam him for an hour and a half for being one of the worst GMs over the age of 14; but I can't help it.

Burlew sucks. I find myself (still) not caring, and I wonder why you spend so much time on this subject.

Your point on morality is a good one, though. The sad truth is that there is just no way to apply modern morality to a pre-modern setting (be it as medieval, classical, biblical, etc). It doesn't hold up. This is why I don't like playing in medieval worlds - there's just no getting around the fact that they're dirty and barbaric.

There is, however, a known solution to the villain which can't be contained by society but the heroes are too noble/good/moral to kill - it's called Karmic Death.

The Snarl story really interested me, and I would like to know more.

I just need him to get off of his ass and write something not masturbatory.

It's interesting to note how the next strip (published after you wrote your post) corresponds with some of what you've written.

Also, your last sentence - So Shifferish. Really.
