I know, I'm so clever! I'm not a hater against the lovers, I guess I just don't see the point in it. Sure, I may be single, so I'm supposed to be bitter about this, but I just think it's lame. For what it's worth....I *only* celebrate Valentine's Day when I'm single. Frankly, I am disgusted by what Valentine's Day has become in the context of the couple. I actually saw an article online titled: "Fact: Girls love jewelry. And if she doesn't get any...you won't get any either." Shit like that makes me mad....mad at all of the impossibly demanding Tiffany-loving girls out there who make our gender look stupid, whiny, and materialistic.

When Valentine's Day starts becoming more of a "Just spend time with your sweetheart without having to buy them something" holiday, then I'll be all for it. Until then....Valentine's Day can kiss my ass.

(And for the record....I'm actually happily in love right now, not bitter. Haha...just thought I'd throw that in so someone wasn't like "Oh, she's just upset because she's single.")
