Well I think I might be able to do that :3 Actually Growlithe is my only remaining plush with the hang-tag attached but the pichus both have it detached.

Nope, I think they're pretty much the same besides the tags, although I dont know if the american one is minky as well.

The ones I have are both japanese as you can see from the tags^^ The american ones have quadratic tags instead of round ones.
