The following is a story that I have been tinkering with for a year and a half. I have gone back and forth on parts of it. It starts off on a rather heavy note, but lightens up to match the title. I can only “hope” it works for you all.

Andy's parents will come around, having a daughter in law with the likes of Miranda should permit any sane parent some reflection time. And a happy newyear!

I do believe in sane parents. Mine were. Well my mom was. Never really got anything directly from my da. Good and bad were filtered through ma. I will try to keep a relationship w/ ANdy and her parents. Rough spots, but salvageable.

No biting of tongues here -- another excellent installment with enough grit to balance the humor. I don't blame Andy for being anxious for all kinds of reasons, but she was so afraid that they'd disown her that she almost made it happen. I'm glad her mom was wise enough to take the time to process.
