I'm 6 days in to the new year and I'm finally getting motivated to do what I need to do. I keep finding more and more negative information to motivate me to stop doing the unhealthy things that I have been doing. Thankfully, I'm also finding positive information to support and motivate me to start doing the things that I need to be doing ( Read more... )

Omega 3 fatty acids have a natural anti-depressant affect. They are also very good for your heart. Nowadays you can easily get them in big liqui-gel capsules from most any store rather than eating lots of fish and almonds. Just a suggestion... :-)

Thanks for reminding me about these. I've taken them before, but had forgotten about all of their benefits. I think I'll ask James to pick me up some this afternoon when he goes to GNC.
