Let's see, my birthday was Thursday and while it doesn't rank as the worst birthday I've ever had, it certainly doesn't rank as the best birthday I've ever had, either. Accident Update
To make the story short. The guy's insurance, Progressive, is refusing to accept responsibility for the accident and is referring it over to my insurance company (State Farm). Progressive is saying that since my car stalled and then I was hit by their client, the accident is my fault and they don't have to pay anything. I have a feeling that this ( Read more... ) -

Finally. Officially Hired.
Today I was officially hired by the Bibb County Board of Education. They held a meeting in the Bibb County Board of Education Board Room for all of the new TAPP teachers to meet the Superintendent (Sharon Patterson) and to sign contracts. forgotten
I had forgotten how long it takes for eyes to un-dilate after they have been dilated for a full eye exam. My eyes were dilated at 3:50 this afternoon, and they still haven't returned to normal. This makes doing tasks interesting. Currently I'm sitting in my living room with the lights turned out wearing the funky little sunshades they gave me. ( Read more... )
