Also, please provide one more rule for things not allowed, your second one (listing without pictures) is a suggestion, not an absolute rule. Members are allowed to provide a list of items for sale without pictures as we recognise that not everyone have access to a camera, but it is always best for their sales if they provide pictures of the items they sell. Please reply to this comment with the additional rule.

Hi,

First of all, apologies for the late reply. We have a large backlog of joining applications to get through.

Can you please address the following concerns before we can proceed ~
* Is there a reason why your ip is showing up as a proxy server?
* Also, your previous account had attempted to join with a different ebay account which was never verified. Please comment on the multiple accounts?
* Your LJ account appears empty and you applied on the 2nd day that you created it. Also, you have not appear to have used the account for anything other than writing this joining application comment. Can you please specify your purpose for joining our community?

Please note that this does not mean that we will definitely be rejecting your application, however we are serious about providing the safest trading environment in our community and would like some further info to help our consideration.

Thanks for pointing out the mistake on our page. Previously, there were 3 steps in part 2. It has now been simplified to 2 steps. My apologies for the confusion.
