This afternoon a lady called for what initially seemed would be an easy transaction. Wrong! People are actually pretty chill up here, it's just when all the damn tourists get in your way and keep you from getting where you need to that tempers seem to flair (that and the pigeons...and the slow drivers...). Whenever you need help there is always someone to help you. But this lady---she was a straight up bitch. I don't care where she's from.
