Okay, I just discovered that a badly written console app running completely on the campus mainframe can result in a crash on the client windows machine.
Apparently telnet doesn't anticipate someone sending a LOT of text back into it on gigabit ethernet. Blue screen on XP! WOOT! I ROCK!
Now to fix my CS408 application.
