I'm pretty sure you would be unable to find CDs by any of those artists in traditional storefront music stores (I can never find anything I like that way anymore), but I'll bet they're available online...if not through amazon, then from the websites of the individual artists.
I know how it feels to want to buy a bunch of CDs but not be able to afford them all at once. I find that it helps me to choose which CDs to start collecting by reading the album criticisms on allmusic. It rates Century Child as the favored Nightwish album, Karmacode as the favored Lacuna Coil, Candycoatedwaterdropsas the favored Plumb and Mother Earth as the favored Within Temptation. There isn't much on the entries for Xandria and Leaves' Eyes, but atomictoaster, who knows much more about these musical styles than I do, says Vinland Saga is a good one.

Though I did find a couple of Nightwish albums at F.Y.E. for $20 each.
