YUMMMMMMMMM I love light non greasy meals like this sometimes. I love the green beans w/ black bean sauce and the pickled cucumbers and serf clam YUMMMMMMMM Except I never ever do the serf clam, my bf does it and I see him standing there for so long cleaning the black stuff outta them. Too much trouble! lol but tastes so sweet and juicy mmmmm

What did you use to pickle the cucumber and daikon? How did you pickle it and for how long? I luv cucumber and daikon. Where did you buy the surf clam?
