Sleepless in Seattle
So I finally got a call from my friend Daniel confirming the dates for my Seattle visit. The stay will be for about six days in which he will show me around his new found home with a detour to Vancouver, Canada! YAY! Do you believe in true love? What about love at first sight?
Well I don't know if I have ever experienced actual "true" love before. I've been in love twice in my life, but I don't think neither person gave me the love that I deserved. It was more like "fake" love. However, the romantic in me wants to believe that there is such a thing.

While straightening up the waiting room in the office today I came across a newspaper headline about a Milwaukee couple who suffered from three unbelievable tragedies. It's a day where I hate everything about my life. I hate the way I look, my job... my existence.
On my highest of highs I absolutely adore all the things that God has to offer, but on days like today...
it's unbelievable the depth I feel.

Funny, I was just reading a letter today written to an advice column in the Shepherd Express on this very topic. The writer expressed his frustrations with young people who were "particularly afraid to communicate" especially when it comes to dating. I totally agree.
