this whole europe thing
So, I'm leaving for Europe Wednesday. (Spelling Wednesday,makes no sense at all). I keep forgetting where I'm going, but in case you want to know, here:
We depart Miami to London on Wed. May 16 near 5pm. (overnight flight)
Thurs. 7am we change planes in London and fly to Istanbul and arrive near 11am
Sat. May 19 we check out of our Istanbul Hotel and board the ship (NCL's Jewel) and stay overnight
Sun. May 20 our ship leaves Istanbul harbor near 3pm THEN our ports are like thus:

Sat May 26 Cairo/Giza (Alexandria), Egypt 7:00am (OVERNIGHTER -- WE leave Alexsndria and travel 2hrs inland up the Nile to Cairo
Sun May 27 Cairo/Giza (Alexandria), Egypt 6:00pm
Mon May 28 At Sea
Tue May 29 Corfu, Greece 9:00am 6:00pm
Wed May 30 Olympia (Katakolon), Greece 8:00am 2:30pm
Thu May 31 Athens (Piraeus), Greece 6:00am
and then after all this we end up in rome, or something. I'm angling for Pompeii.
At any rate, the short version is: Turkey, Greece, Rome, Egypt. Yay! I'll try to update this with cool Europe stuff when I can, and see which of two things happen first:
1. You feel jealous and wish death upon me for such an awesome trip
2. You laugh in glee at me because I'm with my brother for this entire time.

oh, and this past weekend, I went to Orlando for that conference, and it was awesome! Dr. Miller is like a younger version of Dr. naylor, sans british accent.
