I just had an epiphany:

High School is a lot like getting pulled over for a DUI. It's not that you were too drunk. And it's not that you were going too fast. But you were too drunk to be going that fast.

HAHA! That is awesome! And because I am in one of those random moods, I will bequeth this small bit of information to you. DUI are not recognized in the state of Maine as a charge. If you are charged with a DUI in Maine, there is no fine, jail time, etc. as it is the equivalent of charging you with drinking a glass of water or something equally benign. Anyhow, you are so totally right! What an awesome analogy!
