You two need to end it. NOW. Neither one of you needs to be in a courtroom; you're arrogant and Justin sometimes just won't shutup. Those things, on top of you two trying to prove God-knows-what in the courtroom to each other will impair both of you when trying to think. Your credit, payment history, job security, living conditions, and criminal background WILL affect your ability to win the case, especially if he decides to bring up what you owe him. Even if you don't really feel that you owe him anything, the "verbal agreement" statute would still stand. All he would need to provide is bills from when you were staying with him, before and after, and a witness (or two, or three) to say how you conducted yourself while at his place of residence. And, if you do bring everything out, and make it enough trouble for the judge, he will either throw your case out, or send it to a higher court, for which YOU would have to pay, since you would be the one pressing charges. About the truck...I know next to nothing about vehicles. All I know is that the mechanic I saw, creditable or not, stated that "who ever cleaned your :insert fuel part here due to vehicle ignornence: did not know what they are doing." Well, considering Russ is the only one that ever worked on my truck(aside from a certified mech), it would be only natural to see him as the cause.

And I'm pretty sure that it was him, considering the fact that a similar thing is what caused the demise of the tracker.

And let us not forget you entering Justin's apartment without his knowledge or consent while Justin was out of town. Just because you have a key which Justin did ask you to return to him, does not give you implied permission to enter his apartment without his knowledge and certainly not to drink his MD or his Full throttle energy drinks. That would not look good in court. It may not get a judge to completely throw out a case but it would shoot your credibility to complete shit. Plus Justin could have you arrested for tresspassing considering that weekend when Justin was out of town with Anna and I Justin did not give you permission to enter his apartment. Just a few things to consider before you decide to take anything to court.
