I don't know anything about the teams, but I wanted to vote anyway. :D

Everyone always hates Italy and France always does something dramatic, so those votes are almost guaranteed to be right.

Something dramatic would be England reaching the final and winning. It won't happen but it would be quite dramatic over here.
Given nobody is expecting us to do that well and will probably crash out early.

At least it'll cause the tabloid rags trouble if England were to win. They can't bash the manager or players then hence the drama. I'd be happy with England at least making it to the quarter finals.
