Remember this post? Well, the main character is now over 2 years old and his little brother is on his way to being 1 year old. Karl now drinks dad's doppio espresso (without sugar or any other sweetener, and without milk or any other whitener) and eats dad's dark, bitter, 75%-cocoa chocolate. Are we in the presence of a future gourmet?

Also, considering the picture: Wow. Mark really does look like Karl's time-delayed twin, doesn't he?

That's what the nurse told Karin the day he was born. She said: "I don't know how you did it, Ma'am, but you gave birth to your son's twin 18 months later."

And for the record, Karl called me to take a photo of him hugging his brother. I only had the cell phone at hand at the moment, hence the (low) quality of the pic.

Those who knew Karin in her childhood say they're the living spit of her at their ages. Those who knew me, way what you've just thought. I say they're a perfect mix.
